Have your say on WinterFest & Win!
Destination Queenstown wants to hear about what you as a Queenstown resident think about the Lindauer Queenstown Winter Festival.
AUT's New Zealand Tourism Research Institute (NZTRI) will run a survey to evaluate resident opinions about this year's event. By completing the survey you'll go in the draw to win great prizes - 20 tickets to events at the 2007 Festival are up for grabs!
The survey will be online, which means you can use any computer, go to www.winterfestival.co.nz and click on the "WinterFest Survey" button. The survey will run from 3rd - 15th July. If you don't have access to a computer, try using the ones in the Library. Paper survey can also be picked up from the Destination Queenstown offices at 44 Stanley St.
The event is a celebration to kick off the winter season, and the community is an important part of the festival. Surveys of visitors and local businesses are also being conducted to get a holistic picture of what the Festival means to Queenstown from community, business and tourism perspectives.
