The Rungway
The Rungway is the Southern Hemisphere's first and only Via Ferrata system (literally translates as Iron Way). 12 routes of varying length and difficulty snake their way up the cliffs of the majestic Queenstown Hill. Each route is expertly equipped with fixed rung and cable systems. A guide outfits you with everything you need to enjoy stunning cliff top views. Learn to use the system of karabiners, rungs and wires on the practice loop then click into the rhythmic movement as you ascend rock faces and cliffs.
