The Residence has direct access to the lake and to the Frankton walking track, an easy lakeside path that leads to the Queenstown Gardens and the CBD, and connects to a number of walking and biking trails. By car, the CBD is five minutes away, as is the airport. The Remarkables is 40 minutes, and Coronet Peak less than half an hour.
