The 15th Shotover Moonlight runs on Saturday 20 February 2027 across Ben Lomond Station, a working high-country station behind Queenstown. Six events share the day: the Moonlight Ultra, the mountain marathon, a 30km adventure run, a half marathon, a 10km trail run and the Ben Lomond Vertical Kilometre, following old mustering routes and water races on private land that is otherwise closed. The races are run by the Foster family from the station, and entries opened on 15 July 2026 through eventplus.net. Entry fees and individual start times are on the per-event pages.
