Tandem paragliding from the top of the Skyline Gondola, above Queenstown and Lake Wakatipu. You ride the gondola up, walk to the launch site and take a few steps off the hill with a pilot clipped in behind you.
No experience is needed — the pilot handles the take-off, the flight and the landing. Say what you are after and the flight is set to suit: a steady glide with time to look at the lake, or something with more turning in it.
GFORCE has been flying here for more than 35 years and operates under full certification from the New Zealand Civil Aviation Authority.
