Queenstown's casino sits on the second floor of Stratton House on Beach Street, a couple of minutes from the waterfront. It opened in December 2000 and has stayed deliberately small: timber wall panelling and a schist fireplace inside, and a street frontage built to sit with the rest of the town rather than shout over it.

Wild Thyme Bar & Kitchen
Wild Thyme is the a la carte restaurant and bar, named after the alpine plant that runs wild through Central Otago. It opens from midday until late for lunch or dinner, with regional wine by the glass, sport on the big screen and a lounge area beside the fire. The over-20 rule applies here too, so it is not a family dinner option.
There is also Level Two Bar & Lounge if you only want a drink.
The gaming floor
Table games and gaming machines, with bar and snack service on the floor. The Summit Room is a private room available for function hire or exclusive use, and there are VIP members' facilities.
