Perky's is New Zealand's only floating bar — a boat permanently moored at the Million Dollar Cruise jetty on Queenstown Bay, directly opposite Patagonia Chocolates. Order a local craft beer, a Central Otago wine or something off the seasonal cocktail list, then take it up to the open top deck or out onto the bow.
Food is bring-your-own, and the crew encourage it — grab takeaways from town and eat on board with the lake all around you. No bookings needed: turn up any day between 12pm and 11pm. Private hire is available for groups, and there is local pricing if you live here.
