Handmade pasta and pizza on Buckingham Street
Bianca is the Arrowtown restaurant in the Giovi group, which Giovanna Bianca built out of a family hospitality business going back to the sixties. It sits on Buckingham Street with a small patio out front and a vintage Vespa parked inside.
The kitchen makes its own pasta. The ravioli — ricotta and spinach, or Angus beef, in either basilico or butter and sage — is the thing people come back for, and there is pizza and lasagne alongside. The wine and beer list is Italian. MICHELIN listed it as Selected in the 2026 guide.
Open Thursday to Monday, lunch and dinner, closed Tuesday and Wednesday. It is a small room in a busy street, so book.
