Peaks Restaurant & Bar is the dining room at Scenic Suites Queenstown on Stanley Street, a short walk up from the centre of town with the lake below. It was previously the Hillside Brasserie.
Breakfast is the busiest service — a buffet from 6am, running to 10am on weekdays and 10.30am at weekends and on public holidays, with à la carte through to midday.
From noon the bar menu takes over until 9pm, and dinner runs 5pm to 9pm daily: contemporary New Zealand cooking on local produce, with a good number of gluten-free dishes on the list.
It is an easy option if you are staying nearby and would rather not walk back into town after a day out.
