The kitchen opens at 7am on weekdays and 8am at the weekend and runs through to 9pm. Breakfast is what most people turn up early for — eggs, hash browns, decent coffee — and the rest of the day is straightforward comfort food: burgers, traditional-crust pizza, salads and bigger plates, with Kiwi craft beer and local wine alongside.
Joe's started in Queenstown in 2000 and now trades in towns the length of the country. The original Searle Lane store in the town centre closed in early 2024, so Five Mile is the Queenstown branch.
