Ten treatment rooms include couple's suites and a presidential room with its own hot tub and balcony, plus a separate manicure and pedicure room. Treatments cover massage, body treatments, facials, spa packages and finishing touches such as waxing and tinting, using organic product ranges.
A transition lounge looks out over Lake Wakatipu, so it's worth arriving early rather than turning up on the hour.
Every treatment includes use of the resort's 25-metre indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna and steam rooms. If you're not staying at the hotel and only want the pool and sauna, that can be booked on its own between 9am and 3pm — $48 for adults, $20 for children aged 7 to 15.
