Queenstowners have known and loved the takeaway sensation Pedro's House of Lamb since they opened in 2015 – and now it's time to fall in love with their new dine-in tapas experience right by the lake.
With uninterrupted views of Lake Wakatipu, Pedro's enjoys an idyllic location that's best served with tasty tapas! The restaurant itself is at once a rustic, warm wood cabin and a stylish Spanish bistro. The great outdoors collides with a European flair, and it's never looked better.
Lunch and dinner are best when shared. If you buy into this beautiful philosophy, you shall reap yummy rewards. With the likes of Spanish-style chorizo, blue cheese mushrooms and patatas bravas lining the menu, you're going to need a bigger table! And make sure your lamb or spinach croquettes don't roll away!
If you fancy your own plate, opt for any of their dazzling mains that don't hold back on flavour, portion size or attitude. For something rich and meaty, look no further than the pulled lamb or prime eye fillet. And their Spanish style pasta, aka Fideua, is laden with mushrooms and vegan aioli. Who knew NZ and Spain were such a pair! It's always the quiet ones...
