Postmasters Kitchen + Bar sits on the corner of Arrowtown's main street, with a garden bar looking out over Buckingham Street and the hills behind it. It works for a long lunch, a quiet dinner, or a drink in the sun with friends or family.
The kitchen runs from brunch through to dinner, built around local produce, with herbs grown in the garden out the back. Common dietary requirements are catered for, and the fryer is coeliac friendly.
Behind the bar is a short list of New Zealand craft beer with a few classics alongside it, a boutique wine list drawn from New Zealand's smaller producers, cocktails, and plenty of non-alcoholic choices - mocktails, smoothies, coffee and pots of tea.
Open Sunday to Tuesday from 10am until 4pm, and Wednesday to Saturday from 10am until late.
