Inspired by New Zealand poet Honé Tuwhare, New Zealand artist Louise McRae has created a series of captivating artworks named after his poetry.
Louise collects collects scrap timber, upon which she paints loose land, sky and seascapes. She then splits these scenes into shards and re-assembles the pieces to create striking artworks.
