Building on Rodd & Gunn’s ethos of sourcing only the finest materials, The Lodge Bar only offers the finest food and New Zealand wines. Master Sommelier Cameron Douglas curated the wine list exclusively for the bar and Chef Matt Lambert, from Michelin starred restaurant The Musket Room, designed the menu.
Chef Lambert’s menu showcases New Zealand’s finest and freshest produce, prepared using modern and traditional techniques and bringing unique flavours to the fore. From roasted nuts with native spices to snapper ceviche and venison on rye to local South Island cheeses, there’s plenty to choose from.
